Main characteristics

Self-lubricating bronze sintered bushings are manufactured from bronze powder with 90% copper and 10% tin through powder metallurgical technology that gives it a porous structure. The bushing is sintered to provide it with specific resistance and hardness, and is then calibrated at the required dimensions and tolerances. They are them impregnated with oil in accordance with the designations of ISO 100 (Tmax = 100oC and viscosity = 5,7-8,3 oE at 50oC). Some of the main oils used are: Repsol, Cepsa, Shell, Klüber, Aries pesado, Delfín 7, Tellus Oil 100 and Lamora 100.

Usual use

Some of the main applications of sintered bronze bushings are: domestic appliances (hoovers, dryers, blenders, etc.), office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.), pumps for different liquids, coilers in textile machinery and electrical motors in general.
