PTFE + 40% Bronze (POLYTETRAFLUORETHYLENE)(TEFLON)
Linear chain polymer with great molecular length. It has a structure formed by long chains of fluor saturated carbons that give it a series of chemical, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties that enable it to satisfy the industry's strict requirements. Bronze loaded PTFE with high thermal conductivity, as well as very good resistance to compression.

Main characteristics
- Excellent resistance to wear and tear and compression. Good thermal conductivity. Good coefficient of friction when combined with molybdenum bisulfide or graphite. It is not good for electrical applications. it is attacked by some chemicals.
Usual use
- Piston rings, compression rings and journals.
